Delivery

Choose the version most convenient for you.

The orders are shipped worldwide via DHL.  This means delivery is also made to package stations.

 

DHL  Standard

The deliverer will try to deliver the package once during a business day.

You are not at home?  Then the deliverer will leave a notification as to which Post Office you can pick up the package.  Your package will be held there for 7 business days.  To pick up the shipment, you need to bring the notification and your ID or passport.  After 7 days the package will be send back to us. We will then contact you to discuss further action.

DHL Cash on Delivery

When paying cash on delivery, you will pay in cash the amount of the invoice, plus 2 Euros directly to the postman, or, at pick up in a Post Office, in cash or by debit card at the counter.  The payment method cash on delivery is available in Germany and several other countries, but not in all countries.

Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Die voraussichtlichen Lieferzeiten sind produktabhängig. Abhängig von der gewählten Versandart erfolgt eine Lieferung anschließend innerhalb der üblichen Versandzeit aus Deutschland.

Wir Liefern innerhalb Deutschlands Versandkostenfrei ab einen Bestellwert von 40 Euro
Innerhalb der EU und der Schweiz Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von 150 Euro

Für alle Artikel die wir als Briefpost versenden können, berechnen wir unabhängig von Bestellwert, Weltweit immer (außer Deutschland, Schweiz und den EU Ländern) Portokosten in Höhe von 7,00 Euro.

Für alle Artikel die wir als Packetpost versenden müssen, berechnen wir unabhängig von Bestellwert, Weltweit immer (außer Deutschland, Schweiz und den EU Ländern) Portokosten in Höhe von 31,00 Euro.

 

Shipping damage

In case the package shows damage at the time of delivery, please open it in the presence of the deliverer.  In case of deviations or damage to the goods, have the deliverer confirm this in writing and then report the damage to us.  Within 24 hours you must show the damaged shipment, contents and wrapping, to the local Post Office, since there will be no compensation otherwise. 

Non-Acceptance

We will inform you about the delivery on time.

You have the right to return the goods if they do not comply with the agreement on order.  However, if you do not accept the goods for reasons unrelated to the quality or with your right to claim cancellation, you have to bear the cost of the unsuccessful delivery, and, were appropriate, the redelivery.  The deliverer will explicitly write down the reason for non-acceptance / returns.
